Responsibilities
- Monitor network and security systems continuously to ensure operational stability
- Identify and analyze initial system usage issues based on monitoring data
- Receive and log customer support cases via email and direct phone calls
- Provide immediate first-level support and troubleshoot basic customer issues
- Coordinate with the Technical team to escalate and track resolution of complex problems
Qualifications
- Aged 23-30
- Vocational diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Communications Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Able to work shifts.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT or Helpdesk support or a NOC role or network/security system administration
- Fundamental understanding of network protocols and security concepts
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills for initial troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (for handling cases)
- Network certifications such as CCNA are a plus.
