Technical Specialist - Drone - SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd.

- Gather and analyze customer requirements to design and recommend tailored solutions, including solution design, BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, lab testing, POC (Proof of Concept), demonstrations, and specification compliance.

- Responsible for providing technical training for resellers to make sure they understand the key features/advantages of the latest DJI Enterprise products, and the major use cases and workflow of drones in different vertical applications.

- Develop and maintain relationship with key end users and eco-system partners, providing technical supporting to them and conducting new product beta testing with them. Collect outstanding feature requests from the market.

- Prepare proposals, technical documents, and solution designs to support sales opportunities.

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through the delivery of professional technical consultations.

- Create case studies of drone applications in different vertical industries for DJI new products and solutions.

- Ensure technological expertise and relevance by pursuing continuous training and certifications.

- Conduct training sessions and product knowledge sharing for internal teams and customers.

- Stay updated on drone technology trends and integrate them into sales strategies.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical support for corporate clients.

- Bachelor degree or above, preferably have work experience in the drone industry, public safety, energy or other engineering directions. ICT technology knowledge and project experience will be plus.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Presales, Technical Specialist or Solution Engineering, preferably in technology or IoT-related products.

- Knowledge of drone systems, GIS, mapping, or relevant software such as DJI Terra, Drone Deploy, or Pix4D is a strong advantage.

- Knowledge of CCTV camera safety industry, telecom industry, or both will be advantage.

- Excellent documentation skills, communication skills and technical understanding, able to compose and present in-depth solution slides.

- Strong sense of cooperation and self-driven ability.

- Good in English oral presentation and written.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site demonstrations as needed.
