Responsibilities
- Maintain cloud system
- Advanced monitoring for capacity planning for disruption of system vulnerabilities
- Bug fix or patch vulnerability assessment
- Availability for Improve the system or less single point of failure
- Performance for cloud productivity to smooth and rapid replenishment and less latency
- Feature function to upgrade version for new feature support or implement plug-in
- To be Tier 2 sole problem for NOC engineering
- Deploying new service evaluation
- Implementation and managed service on customer site
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in IT, computer science, engineering or other related
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing IT project including project planning, client management, quality assurance, resource and budget control
- Knowledgeable IT infrastructure, Virtualization, Backup, Network
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and leadership skills
- Experience leading teams, planning and organizing work (for example: Technical Leader, Project Leader, Project Manager, Team Leader)
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Good personality and relate well to customer
