Technical Specialist /Presales Engineer (SOC Managed Security Services) - SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd.

1. Security Consulting & Customer Engagement
-Engage with customers to understand cybersecurity requirements, challenges, and security maturity levels.
-Conduct discovery sessions to identify security gaps, risks, and compliance requirements.
-Advise customers on SOC, MDR, XDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, and Managed Security Services.
-Position SIS MSSP services as a strategic cybersecurity partner to customers.


2. Security Solution Design
-Design end-to-end SOC and Managed Security Service solutions based on customer requirements.
-Architect SIEM, SOAR, XDR, Threat Intelligence, and Managed Detection & Response (MDR) solutions.
-Develop high-level and detailed security architectures.
-Assess technical feasibility, deployment options, and operational requirements.

3. Security Assessment & Proof of Concept (PoC)
-Conduct security assessments, gap analyses, and service workshops.
-Design and execute PoCs to demonstrate MSSP capabilities and service value.
-Validate security use cases, alert coverage, detection effectiveness, and operational workflows.
-Present findings, recommendations, and improvement plans to customers.

4. Technical Proposal & Bid Support
-Develop technical proposals, solution presentations, and Statements of Work (SOW).
-Support RFP, RFQ, tender, and compliance-response activities.
-Prepare service sizing, resource estimation, and cost modeling.
-Partner closely with the sales team throughout the sales cycle to drive successful outcomes.

5. Vendor & Cybersecurity Ecosystem Management
-Collaborate with cybersecurity vendors, technology partners, and security alliances.
-Maintain awareness of product roadmaps, emerging threats, and industry best practices.
-Participate in vendor training, certifications, and enablement programs.
-Coordinate technical escalations and joint customer opportunities with partners.

6. Technical Enablement & Thought Leadership
-Deliver cybersecurity solution training to internal sales teams and partners.
-Create technical documentation, service guides, and best-practice materials.
-Conduct workshops, webinars, seminars, and customer awareness sessions.
-Serve as a cybersecurity advocate and trusted advisor within the organization.

7. Service Development & Operational Support
-Support the development and enhancement of SIS MSSP service offerings.
-Define service standards, operational processes, and solution blueprints.
-Contribute to service packaging, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
-Support service onboarding, implementation planning, and transition to operations teams.

8. Cybersecurity Technology & Product Expertise
-Maintain strong knowledge of SOC Operations, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, MDR, EDR, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Management.
-Understand cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, and Zero Trust.
-Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, and security technologies.
-Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cybersecurity solutions and MSSP services.
