Account Payable - Thai Tokai Carbon Product Company Limited

• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายเงิน เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบกำกับภาษี และใบรับสินค้า
• บันทึกรายการเจ้าหนี้และค่าใช้จ่ายลงในระบบบัญชีตามหลักการบัญชีที่ถูกต้อง
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดเจ้าหนี้คงค้างและรายการจ่ายเงินประจำงวด
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อและผู้จำหน่ายเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับใบแจ้งหนี้
• จัดเตรียมข้อมูลสำหรับการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือนและประจำปีในส่วนของบัญชีเจ้าหนี้
• ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนการทำงานด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ของบริษัท
• ทำบัญชีเกี่ยวกับ BOI
• บันทึกจำนวนสินค้าคงคลัง

• Experience: At least 3 years in Account Payable (AP), Inventory and BOI Accounting

• Age: 25–35 years old

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• Strong knowledge of Thai Tax regulations, Vat, P.N.D.30, P.N.D.3, P.N.D.53, Withholding Tax

• Good command of English

• Experience in Cost Accounting will be an advantage

• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP will be an advantage


Work Location: Based in Rayong plant at Lakchai Muang Yang Industrial Estate

Head Office in North Sathorn Road, Bangkok and Plant located in Sriracha, Chonburi, our manufacturing plant is equipped with both state-of-the-art production facilities and experienced operators and engineers, having the capability of serving more than 50% of the local carbon black requirement.
