Responsibilities

  • Develop new products, improve existing products, and conduct research and testing on product concepts through to commercialization.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to develop snack formulations and flavors.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct product trials and resolve technical challenges.
  • Support the overall management of project timelines, budgets, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as assigned.



    • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields. • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in research and development, product development within the snack or confectionary or rice cracker manufacturing.
    • Experience in quality management systems, i.e. Food safety, GMP, FSSC22000.
    • 5 days working per week (Monday - Friday)
