Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with GMP, ISO standards, regulatory requirements, customer requirements, and company policies.
- Handle CAPA activities, root cause analysis, and non-conformance issues related to products, processes, and systems.
- Manage supplier quality performance through audits, monitoring, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure non-conformance cases are properly controlled, investigated, corrected, and closed on time.
- Monitor quality and process performance indicators and take improvement actions when necessary.
- Reduce quality-related costs such as scrap, rework, customer complaints, and warranty claims.
- Manage and maintain the annual internal and external audit plan.
- Coordinate and support internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Pharmacy, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science, or related field
- At least 10 - 15 years of experience in quality management within FMCG, personal care, or cosmetics industry
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP), and regulatory requirement.
- Strong understanding of product formulation, manufacturing processes, and quality control techniques
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work in Samut Prakan and willing to relocate if necessary.

What you will do
