QA Manager / Senior Manager (Personal Care Manufacturing) - Berli Jucker Foods Company Limited.

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with GMP, ISO standards, regulatory requirements, customer requirements, and company policies.
• Handle CAPA activities, root cause analysis, and non-conformance issues related to products, processes, and systems.
• Manage supplier quality performance through audits, monitoring, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure non-conformance cases are properly controlled, investigated, corrected, and closed on time.
• Monitor quality and process performance indicators and take improvement actions when necessary.
• Reduce quality-related costs such as scrap, rework, customer complaints, and warranty claims.
• Manage and maintain the annual internal and external audit plan.
• Coordinate and support internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Pharmacy, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science, or related field
• At least 10 - 15 years of experience in quality management within FMCG, personal care, or cosmetics industry
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP), and regulatory requirement.
• Strong understanding of product formulation, manufacturing processes, and quality control techniques
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work in Samut Prakan and willing to relocate if necessary.
