R&D Supervisor/Assistant Manager (Beverage) - Dairy Plant - Berli Jucker Foods Company Limited.

• Develop existing and new beverage products according to marketing and company objectives.
• Develop prototype products that meet customer needs.
• Source raw materials that meet required specifications and costs.
• Plann and oversee product development and process to achieve the goal, collaborate with marketing team, production team, suppliers, government and related parties.
• Prepare and maintain product-related documentation to comply with food quality and safety systems.
• Provide technical expertise and support in ensuring timely launches and flawless execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in R&D or product development from beverage manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food regulation, standards and requirement.
• Understanding of food quality and safety system such as GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, Halal.
• Ability to manage the projects to achieve timely launch and flawless execution.
• Ability to work from Monday to Saturday (07.30-16.30)
• Location: Rojchana, Ayutthaya
