Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environment regulations across manufacturing and construction activities.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessment, incident investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor safety programs, procedures, permits, and emergency response plans.
- Coordinate safety training, and awareness activities for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Support safety audits, legal compliance reviews, and reporting to management and relevant authorities.
- Promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement in workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, or related fields.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in safety role within manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of safety and environment regulations, including ISO14000 and ISO45000.
- Experience managing contractor safety and construction project is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional Safety Officer Certification is an advantage.
- Proactive and committed to promoting a culture of safety.
- Willing to work at Ayutthaya and support both factory operations and construction project activities.
