Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of factory construction, expansion, and facility improvement projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Track project schedules, costs, risk, and progress, and prepare regular project status reports.
- Assist in managing project documentation, permits, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirement.
- Lead and coordinate Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Monitor project and CI results, ensuing achievement of targeted business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 - 7 years of experience in project management, factory construction, engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement projects.
- Knowledge of Lean Management, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong project coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Willing to work in Samut Prakan & Ayutthaya and travel to project site.

What you will do
