Safety Supervisor / Assistant Manager (Beverage Manufacturing & Construction Project) - Berli Jucker Foods Company Limited.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environment regulations across manufacturing and construction activities.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessment, incident investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor safety programs, procedures, permits, and emergency response plans.
• Coordinate safety training, and awareness activities for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Support safety audits, legal compliance reviews, and reporting to management and relevant authorities.
• Promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement in workplace.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, or related fields.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in safety role within manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of safety and environment regulations, including ISO14000 and ISO45000.
• Experience managing contractor safety and construction project is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional Safety Officer Certification is an advantage.
• Proactive and committed to promoting a culture of safety.
• Willing to work at Ayutthaya and support both factory operations and construction project activities.
