Agronomy Manager (Potato) - Berli Jucker Foods Company Limited.

• Implement agronomy strategies and plan to enhance crop production, including implementing sustainable farming practices.
• Lead and manage crop production to ensure crop quality, quantity and cost with in time frames.
• Manage and ensure timely execution of planting, harvesting and seed dispatch in aligning with production plan.
• Collaborate with QA team to maintain quality standard and conduct relevant quality assessment activities.
• Conduct and lead agronomic research initiatives to identify innovative practices to improve crop quality, yields and productivity.
• Strengthen strong relationships with local famers and engage new farmers.
• Provide weekly/monthly report on agronomic activities, research findings and performance updates.
• Liaise and coordinate with government, association industry and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead and develop agronomist team and field staff to achieve operational targets.

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in agriculture or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in agronomy with focus on raw material sourcing, farmer contact for Agricultural product or crop management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communications skills to effectively engage with farmer and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agronomic principle, practices and commercial aspect specific to potato farming.
• Ability to work independently, remotely and travel to various locations, including Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phayao, Tak and other assigned areas.
