SHE Manager (Foods & Beverage Manufacturing) - Berli Jucker Foods Company Limited.

• Develop, implement and maintain SHE policies, procedures, and systems align with legal and business requirement.
• Conduct risk assessment, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead investigations of incidents/accidents, ensuring root causes are identified and effective corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for all employees, including onboarding and refresher training.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ISO, and other relevant environmental and safety regulations.
• Maintain documentation and records related to SHE compliance, audits, and training.
• Drive initiatives to improve safety culture, employee engagement, and incidents prevention.
• Collaborate with production, engineering team to embed safety best practices into daily operations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of SHE management experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environment legislation and best practices.
• Proven experience with incident investigation, risk management, and emergency response.
• Effective communicator with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in Samut Prakarn and Ayutthaya provinces, with willing to relocate if necessary.
