Responsibilities
- บริหารและพัฒนาทีม เพื่อเสริมศักยภาพและขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- วางแผนและบริหารการขายผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของธนาคารให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และแผนการลงทุนที่เหมาะสม
- สร้างและขยายเครือข่ายทางธุรกิจ เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการเข้าถึงลูกค้าและสร้างรายได้ให้ธนาคาร
- ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามกฎ ระเบียบ และขั้นตอนของธนาคาร รวมถึงงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี - โท สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ บัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์จากสถาบันการเงินและบริหารสาขา 10 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีใบอนุญาตตัวแทนประกันชีวิตครบทุกประเภท (นว. และ นช.)
- มีใบอนุญาตผู้ติดต่อผู้ลงทุน (Single License)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ธนาคาร ความรู้เชิงธุรกิจ และการตลาด
