Responsibilities

สนับสนุนการพัฒนากองทุนทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ โดยรับผิดชอบงานด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การจัดทำเอกสาร การประสานงาน และการสนับสนุนทีมขายและการตลาด เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานด้านผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ของบริษัทและสภาวะตลาด
• วิเคราะห์และคัดเลือกธีมการลงทุน เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์กองทุนรวม ออกแบบกลยุทธ์การจัดสรรสินทรัพย์ (Asset Allocation) และการเลือกกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรม

• ประสานงานกับ Fund Managers ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศเพื่อนำข้อมูลเชิงลึกมาปรับใช้กับบริบทของกองทุนรวมไทย ทั้งในด้านการนำข้อมูลเพื่อสื่อสารกับบนักลงทุน และจัดทำรายงาน

• ทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนบริษัท (Company Spokesman) ในการนำเสนอแผนกลยุทธ์และผลิตภัณฑ์แก่ลูกค้ากลุ่ม Intermediate (Private Bankers, Wealth Managers) และลูกค้า HNW

• ถ่ายทอดข้อมูลเศรษฐกิจและข่าวสารการลงทุนที่ซับซ้อนให้เข้าใจง่าย (Actionable Insights) เพื่อให้ลูกค้าเห็นโอกาสและแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ชัดเจน

• ทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแทนบริษัท (Company Spokesman) ในงานสัมมนาขนาดใหญ่และการตอบคำถามสดบนเวที (Live Q&A)

• ประสานงานร่วมกับทีม Business Development, Compliance, Fund Manager และ Marketing เพื่อให้การออกผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากลและข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล

• ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานกองทุน (รายเดือน/รายไตรมาส) จัดทำ Presentation และ Marketing Materials และ ทำรายงานสรุปสำหรับกองทุน

• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ และโครงการพิเศษตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

• ปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาการเงิน การลงทุน เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• ประสบการณ์ 0–5 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่สำหรับระดับ Officer)

• มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านกองทุนรวม/การลงทุน (หากมี IC License จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

Skills & Competencies

• ความสามารถในการจัดทำ Presentation (PowerPoint) และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Excel)

• ทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี

• ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 7-10 ปีในสายงานกลยุทธ์การลงทุน หรือการวิเคราะห์ การบริหารความมั่งคั่ง บริหารผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน

• ใบอนุญาต: ต้องมีใบอนุญาต IC License (Complex) หรือ CFA/CISA จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

ทักษะเฉพาะทาง:

• มีความเชี่ยวชาญหรือสนใจในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมยุคใหม่ เช่น AI Semiconductor, Quantum Computing, Aerospace & Defense, Energy Transition, Oncology, Cybersecurity)

• Public Speaking: มีทักษะการพูดในที่สาธารณะในระดับดีเยี่ยม สามารถควบคุมสถานการณ์และโน้มน้าวใจผู้ฟังได้
