Responsibilities

- ประสานงานด้านการปฏิบัติงานสินเชื่อ ระหว่างสาขากับ Hub /หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การรับ-ส่งเอกสารสำคัญ,

ติดตามแก้ไขหนี้ที่มีปัญหา ฯลฯ ปฏิบัติงานด้านบรรจุ/ตรวจนับเงินสด และเปลี่ยนกล่องเงิน ATM ร่วมทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ

ของสาขาและธนาคาร เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์เสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดี

- ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ แก่ลูกค้าให้มาใช้บริการด้านเงินฝาก/สินเชื่อ และผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆ ของธนาคาร เพื่อรักษาฐานลูกค้าเก่า

และขยายฐานลูกค้ารายใหม่

- ศึกษาข้อมูลวิเคราะห์ และประเมินความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อเสนอแผนการลงทุนที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดให้แก่ลูกค้า

และเป็นการสร้างรายได้ให้ธนาคาร สร้างเครือข่ายธุรกิจทั้งภายในและภายนอกธนาคารโดยเฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับลูกค้าบุคคล

- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

***พื้นที่พระราม 3, อ่อนนุช, วรจักร, ราชพฤกษ์, นนทบุรี และพื้นที่อื่นในกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล***

Qualifications

- วุฒิปริญญาตรี / โท สาขาการเงินการธนาคาร บัญชี เศรษฐศาสตร์ การตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีประสบการณ์งานบริการลูกค้าหรืองานขายในธนาคารอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป

- มีใบอนุญาตตัวแทนประกันชีวิตทุกประเภท (นว., นช.) และผู้ติดต่อผู้ลงทุน (Single License)

- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ธนาคาร ความรู้ในเชิงธุรกิจ และการตลาด
