Responsibilities
- Design chargeback process and reports together with all related parties
- Provide user requirements of chargebacks
- Process for card production and document printing vendor selection (if required)
- Ensure outsourced processes comply with local regulations and internal policies
- Design card production, statement & other documents printing processes and reports together with all related internal parties and vendors
- Provide user requirements of card production, statement & other documents printing
- Review, feedback and collaboration with internal relevant teams and external vendors to confirm the functional specifications
- Prepare test data, test cases / scenarios
- Perform UAT and raise the defects during the testing period
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT, compliance, operations) to support system testing and address operational issues
- Prepare documentation and procedures related to chargeback, card production, statement & other documents printing and others (if any)
- Ensure compliance with credit card scheme
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth integration of outsourced services.
- After system goes live
- Coordinate, investigate and resolve discrepancies, chargebacks, and disputes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of outsourcing vendors, including card production, settlement, billing, and customer service.
- Prepare chargeback, card production & document printing reports, and other necessary reports to provide regular updates to management
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation for regulatory or internal reviews.
- Conduct regular vendor reviews and ensure adherence to agreed-upon service levels and KPIs.
- Identify and resolve operational issues related to outsourced activities in collaboration with vendors.
- Ensure outsourced processes comply with local regulations and internal policies.
- Ensure compliance with credit card scheme
- Maintain policies and procedures for vendor management.
- Maintain documentation and procedures related to chargeback, card production, statement & other documents printing and others (if any)
- Contribute to system enhancement and project implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operation Management, or related fields.
- At least 5 years’ experience in chargeback and dispute process management of credit card business is a must, experience in outsource management is a plus.
- Familiarity with credit card processes, including card production, billing, and dispute resolution.
- Proven ability to manage and negotiate with vendors to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in project implementation is preferable
- Strong business English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credit card operations is an advantage.
- Open-minded and positive mindset, be willing to learn and work in new area if adhoc tasks are assigned
- Ability to work independently / team based, handle pressure, and resolve issues promptly.
