Responsibilities

สนับสนุนงานสินเชื่อและควบคุมเงื่อนไข ของสินเชื่อธุรกิจ และสินเชื่อรายย่อย และ Crowd Funding investment

1. ติดต่อลูกค้า นัดหมาย หรือ รับคำสั่งการทำธุกรรมสินเชื่อทุกประเภท พร้อมเอกสาร

2. ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครดิต และดำเนินการเปิด Transaction Order เพื่อสั่งทำธุรกรรมสินเชื่อตามคำสั่งลูกค้า

3. ตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขการเบิกใช้วงเงิน และเอกสารการค้า ให้เป็นไปตามการอนุมัติวงเงิน

4. ตรวจสอบสัญญาและเงื่อนไขในสัญญาให้ตรงตามการอนุมัติวงเงิน

5. ตรวจสอบเงื่อนไข มูลค่าหลักประกันให้ถูกต้องตรงกับเล่มประเมิน

6. จัดส่งสัญญาหรือนำสัญญาให้ลูกค้าลงนาม

7. นำฝากเอกสารสำคัญเพื่อจัดเก็นในห้องมั่นคง

8. Monitor เงื่อนไขหลังเบิกใช้วงเงิน และออกรายงานติดตาม

9. ตรวจสอบ C/A และแก้ไข C/A กรณีมีมติเพิ่มเติม

Products สินเชื่อภายในประเทศทุกประเภท > Loan Term -Project Finance ,Short Term – Prefinance ,Post finance , letter of guarantee, Domestic letter of credit ,OD,ขายลดเช็ค,อาวัล

Product สินเชื่อต่างประเทศ (Trade Finance)> Trust Receipt (TR under TT ,LC ,DLC),Packing ,Open LC ,Export bills purchase discount

Transaction Order T/O >ธุรกรรมสินเชื่อ

1. สั่งทำสัญญาวงเงิน และ นิติกรรมสัญญาหลักประกัน

2. สั่งทำนิติกรรมจำนอง จำนำ จดหลักประกันทางธุรกิจ โอนสิทธิ์ มอบอำนาจ หรือ อื่นๆ เพื่อนำมาเป็นหลักประกัน

3. สั่งทำการเบิกใช้วงเงินทุกประเภทสินเชื่อ ,เบิกกู้งวดงาน

4. สั่งทำออกหนังสือค้ำประกัน ต่ออายุ .ขยาย , ยกเลิก ,เพิ่มข้อความ

5. สั่งทำการต่อตั๋ว

6. สั่งทำการตัดชำระแบบมีเงื่อนไข และตัดชำระแบบไม่มีเงื่อนไข

7. สั่งทำการปลอดหลักประกัน

8. สั่งทำ การแบ่งแยกโฉนด

9. สั่งทำการยืม คืน หลักประกัน

10. สั่งทำการปิดบัญชีและไถ่ถอนหลักประกัน

11. สั่งทำการหักบัญชีลูกค้า AFT เพื่อชำระหนี้สินเชื่อ

12. สั่งทำการต่อายุ/ทบทวนวงเงิน

13. สั่งทำออกหนังสือด้านนิติกรรม

14. สั่งทำ สัญญาปรับปรับปรุงโครงสร้างหนี้ หรือ เปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข

15. สั่งทำ การตั้งหนี้ตามคำพากษา สัญญาประนีประนอม

16. สั่งทำ เพิ่มลูกหนี้การค้า

17. สั่งทำ การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลลูกค้า

18. สั่งทำ Crowd Funding investment

19. สั่งทำ Crowd Funding Repayment

Qualifications

- จบปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

-มีความรู้และเข้าใจงานสินเชื่อทุกประเภท

-มีประสบการณ์ Credit Operation 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
