Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการกองทรัสต์ให้เป็นไปตามกฎเกณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบรายได้และค่าใช้จ่าย
- จัดทำ เผยแพร่ข่าวสาร และจัดทำรายงานประจำปี รวมถึงตอบข้อซักถามจากผู้ถือหน่วย
- จัดทำเอกสารและเข้าร่วมประชุมตามวาระของบริษัท
- รายงานผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
- จัดทำงบประมาณประจำปีของหน่วยงาน
- จัดทำรายงานประเมินมูลค่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- พิจารณาจ่ายประโยชน์ตอบแทน
- จัดทำประกันภัย
- เข้าตรวจตราสภาพทรัพย์สิน
- สรรหาและดำเนินการเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งทรัพย์สินใหม่สำหรับกองทรัสต์
- ประสานงานทั้งภายในองค์กรและภายนอกองค์กร เช่น ผู้เช่าช่วง หรือผู้บริหารอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทขึ้นไป ในสาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์, บริหารธุรกิจ, ธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (MRE) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือผู้จัดการกองทรัสต์
- ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการทำงานของสายกองทุนรวมและกองทรัสต์
- ความรู้ด้านการเงินและการบัญชี
- ความรู้ด้านกองทุนและการลงทุน
- ความรู้ด้านการบริหารงานร่วมกับผู้บริหารอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- ความรู้ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- ความรู้ด้านกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
