Responsibilities
1. Process preparation for new model production in SMT.
2. Data summary and follow up problem of new model.
3. Set up activity protect quality problem and make activity decrete in process defect.
4. Set up activity for protection defect out flow to next process.
5. Confirm countermeasure for quality problem.
6. New model preparation and production control.
7. Evaluation working of operator.
8. Approve application leave of operator in this process.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in SMT production.
Skills:
- Good command of computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, and proficiency in English.
- Strong skills in production line management, SMT machine programming, and operation.
Personality: Reasonable, leadership
