Responsibilities
Scope of Job
Make decisions on technical issues within area of responsibility
Support Company system, IoT, Visualization, Data analysis, DX Tools
Responsibility
1. Responsible for supporting work systems directly related to the production line
2. Responsible for creating, developing and testing program by C++, Python, Visual Basic, PHP, JAVA,
on IoT Base
3. Responsible for controlling network system under various protocol standards, including all available
operating systems according to the scope and company policy
4. Responsible for investigating and analyzing user problems, including troubleshooting, testing and
implementing in the process
5. Responsible for installing software and improving the quality of the software according to the
company’s policy
6. Responsible for supporting and operating the system for the user
7.Responsible for reporting the progress of work to your immediate superior
8. Responsible for supporting, presenting, and implementing new information and methodologies used
in system development
9. Responsible for responding to users’ IT support requests on the Helpdesk system in a timely manner
10. Responsible for maintaining computer equipment that is the company’s property according to the
company’s regulation
11. Responsible for other related duties as assigned, including participating in the various activities of the company

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Major: IT , Computer Engineer or related field
- Experience: 0 – 3 years (New graduates are welcome)
- Skills:
- Data Visualization, Windows, Linux Ubuntu, Webserver, Database
- Coding Visual Basic or C#, PHP, Python, Node.Js, JavaScript and shell script
- SQL and NOSQL query performance optimization
- Developing new technology RPA UiPath, Power Automat, Power BI
- Developing new technology mobile development Kotlin, Futter, VueNative or ReactNative
- Developing by MVC framework such as laravel, yii2, django
