Responsibilities

Control machine efficiency and effectiveness of production lines
Control section KPI to achieve target
Issue and control of PM plan to achieve
Coordinate with internal & external to keep machine in good condition
Control and support job of under level
Control and follow up job assignment from section, leader, and section policy
Analyze machine problem and take countermeasure
Summarize concern report to group management
Do basic training, OJT, and evaluate to the new member
Consider and prepare 4M to proportion for preventive maintenance work
Skill improvement to under level

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, majoring in Mechanical or related fields
Skills: Good command of English
Good skills in computer, electronics, electrical, PLC programming, Auto CAD, PM system
Personality: Reasonable and maintains leadership
