1. ดูแลรับผิดชอบในการตั้งค่าเวิร์กสเตชันด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงที่จำเป็น (เราเตอร์ เครื่องพิมพ์ เป็นต้น)

Responsible for set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printer).

2. ดูแลรับผิดชอบในการติดตั้งและตรวจสอบฮาร์ดแวร์คอมพิวเตอร์ (HDD เม้าส์ แป็นพิมพ์ เป็นต้น)

Responsible for installing and checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards, etc.).

3. ดูแลรับผิดชอบในการกำหนดค่าซอฟต์แวร์และฟังก์ชันที่เหมาะสมตามข้อกำหนด

Responsible for Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions.

4. ดูแลรับผิดชอบในการพัฒนาและบำรุงรักษาเครือข่ายท้องถิ่นด้วยวิธีที่เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ

Responsible for developing and maintaining local networks in ways that optimize.

5. ดูแลรับผิดชอบในการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น และบำรุงรักษาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ให้กับผู้ใช้

Responsible for solving the basic troubleshooting and maintenance of computers for users.

6. ดูแลรับผิดชอบในการจัดทำการสาธิตอุปกรณ์ และทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ

Responsible for organizing equipment demonstrations and testing performance.

7. ดูแลรับผิดขอบในการรายงานความคืบหน้าของานพี่ได้รับมหมายให้ผู้บังคับบัญทราบทันที

Responsible for reporting the progress of work to your immediate superior.

8. ดูแลรับผิดชอบในการสนับสนุน นำเสนอ และดำเนินการในการค้นหาข้อมูลและวิธีการใหม่ ๆ ที่ใช้ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบงาน

Responsible for supporting, presenting, and implementing new information and methodologies used in system development.

9. ดูแลรับผิดชอบในการตอบสนองต่อการร้องขอด้านไอทีของผู้ใช้ บนระบบ Helpdesk ตามกรอบเวลาที่เหมาะสม

Responsible for responding to users' IT support requests on the Helpdesk system in a timely manner.

10. ดูแลรับผิดชอบในการรักษาอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ ซึ่งเป็นทรัพย์สินของบริษัทตามระบียบปฏิบัติของบริษัท

Responsible for maintaining computer equipment that is the Company's property according to the Company's regulations.

• Education: Vocational Certificate or higher
• Major: Computer or related field
• Experience: 0–1 year
• Skills: Basic understanding of system development, knowledge of database systems and operating systems
