Responsibilities
- Prepare General Journal Vouchers for Accounts Payable (domestic and overseas).
- Record fixed asset transactions and prepare monthly depreciation reports.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Support month-end closing and AP reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
- Record import/export expenses and prepare monthly reports.
- Prepare Payment Vouchers for all domestic AP payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 0–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) — Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Have Tax Knowledge
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
- Experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Excel (PivotTable, VLOOKUP is an advantage).
