Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including document handling, filing, record keeping, and preparation of administrative reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties such as suppliers, service providers, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Manage and control office supplies, equipment, and common assets to ensure availability and proper condition.
  • Support basic procurement activities, including requesting quotations, preparing purchase requisitions (PR), and following up on purchasing status.
  • Oversee the cleanliness, orderliness, and readiness of office buildings, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Provide administrative support for internal activities such as meetings, trainings, company events, and visitor arrangements.
  • Maintain records of company assets, contracts, and other administrative-related documents accurately and systematically.
  • Prepare summaries and reports related to administrative expenses and general service operations for supervisor review.
  • Ensure that administrative tasks are carried out in compliance with company policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
 

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in administration.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
