Repair and Analysis Engineer - DENSO TEN (THAILAND) LIMITED

• Monitor and evaluate product quality and quality management systems.
• Analyze and control quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Prepare and summarize quality-related reports for management review.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality problems.
• Manage and control team activities to achieve targets on schedule.
• Develop and enhance team members’ skills through coaching and training.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, major in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in repair, analysis, manufacturing, or related areas
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to identify issues proactively and implement effective corrective actions
• Positive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
• Leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong awareness of quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
