Responsibilities
Scope of Job
• Set up and maintain basic service equipment and tools in service area.
• Support claim failure investigation under supervision.
• Perform repair work and support related documentation and basic technical training.
• Provide basic technical support to service staff and customers.
• Participate in Go & See and domestic field support activities.
Responsibility
• Understand TNTH internal and external organization related to quality management concepts.
• Learn and apply basic TNTH product knowledge and repair flow.
• Use TNTH systems (GEMS, APROS, SharePoint, O365) for assigned operational tasks.
• Report and explain quality issues or basic repair KPI results to supervisor.
• Support claim data collection and basic data summarization under guidance.
• Support Go & See activities and prepare basic reports.
• Follow standardized work instructions (WI), procedures, and TS / ISO requirements.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanics, or related field)
Experience: 0–2 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
