Scope of Job

• Manage works of Engineering & Program Management related activities to achieve sections target
• Manage Product Evaluation/window for Engineering/Technical support in Development stage
• Cross functional coordinate in Engineering/Technical issues
• Team management and development

Responsibilities

• Manage all Engineering and Program Management related issues.
• Verify and control engineering drawings/documents from/to customers.
• Manage and drive to achieve sections targets
• Create and control section budgets and expenses.
• Lead and plan evaluation activities methodology and process monitoring.
• Technical study/benchmark for competitive engineering, concepts, and VE/VA for next products design to ASEAN preferences.
• Participate in market/technical exhibitions among groups company/customers (within the ASEAN and target region.)
• Lead collaboration and information exchange between internal/external/group companies and customers.
• Participate in new project evaluation and development.
• Support Sales, Marketing, and Product Planning section in technical matters for new business opportunities.
• Manage consignments works by TNJP
• Perform other assignments relevant to business needs.
