Senior Career Development Officer - DENSO TEN (THAILAND) LIMITED

• Execute and coordinate organization development initiatives, succession planning, annual promotion process, career path development, and training aligned with individual development plans, leveraging digital learning platforms and HR analytics tools to strengthen organizational capability and employee growth.

Responsibility

• Support organization development initiatives, including competency framework, organizational capability assessment, and change management activities.
• Coordinate and consolidate annual succession plan and promotion plan aligned with workforce plan.
• Develop and maintain career path framework aligned with competencies and business needs.
• Execute career development and succession programs, including IDPs and high-potential development.
• Coordinate and process the promotion cycle for officer-level employees, and support coordination for supervisory and management-level approvals.
• Analyze promotion quota, talent data, and OD metrics to provide recommendations to supervisor.
• Operate and optimize digital learning platforms, HR dashboards, and analytics tools to support HRD operations.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.

Experience: 2-4 years in HRD/OD/Career Development/Talent Management
