Ten Production System Engineer/Senior - DENSO TEN (THAILAND) LIMITED

• Develop and maintain TNPS tools and equipment to visualize operation status and detect abnormalities in the workplace.
• Support senior TNPS members in improving production systems to reduce lead time and inventory in line with company targets.
• Take charge of monitoring and analyzing problems in collaboration with relevant sections.
• Assist with job assignments and activities related to production system improvement.

• Conduct monthly audits of TNPS tools in assigned workplaces and report findings to Manager/Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Production teams to design TNPS tools and equipment that are user-friendly and effective in visualizing status and abnormalities.
• Collaborate with Production and Manufacturing Engineering sections to enhance productivity using TNPS tools, analyze problems, and propose improvement methods to achieve targets.
• Prepare monthly productivity improvement reports based on “TEN Ways Thinking” for submission to Supervisor and Manager.
• Participate in TCC TPS Joshkun activities with Toyota’s suppliers to strengthen the TNPS group.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process improvement. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
