Innovation Staff - DENSO TEN (THAILAND) LIMITED

• Support Kaizen and Innovation activities across the organization.
• Monitor and follow up on employee suggestions and improvement projects.
• Coordinate with related departments to facilitate implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Prepare project-related documents and reports (PCR, WI, Standards, Specifications, etc.).
• Maintain and update the Innovation and Kaizen Library.

• High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) in Digital Business Computer, Computer Business, Information Technology, or related fields.

• 0-2 years of working experience.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or automated manufacturing processes will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of VBA, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Ability to create dashboards, automate processes, and manage databases.
• Strong data collection and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly accurate.
• Strong discipline and compliance with procedures.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude toward learning and receiving feedback.
