District Manager - Skechers (Thailand) Ltd

The District Manager is responsible for leading and managing assigned stores within the district to achieve sales, profitability, and inventory targets, while delivering a unique and brand-relevant shopping experience. This role oversees and supports Store Managers as well counters staff in driving business objectives and operational excellence.

• Ensure consistency and compliance with Skechers’ operating standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of store operations to provide consumers with a premium brand and shopping experience.
• Partner with the Merchandising Team on stock allocation and planning.
• Achieve company targets for overall stock turnover.
• Ensure product selection aligns with consumer profiles, competitive landscape, and store formats.
• Enforce loss prevention as a core operational discipline.
• Manage budgets for all outlets and ensure stores operate within set budgets.
• Monitor store P&L reports and address operational challenges promptly
