Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leading the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve business results. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for sportswear and lifestyle retail. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store performance, ensuring alignment with brand standards and company strategy.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing store team.
Ensure smooth daily store operations and compliance with company standards.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and store profitability.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand standards.
Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Act as a brand ambassador and inspire team engagement.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of proven retail management experience, preferably in sportswear, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in Thai with good English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office and retail systems (POS, inventory, reporting).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Highly proactive, results-driven, and passionate about sports and lifestyle culture.
