Merchandiser - Skechers (Thailand) Ltd

Plan product ranges and develop sales and stock plans with the Merchandising Manager.

Forecast sales and profits while maximizing the volume and profitability of assigned product areas.

Prepare seasonal budgets and present sales forecasts and performance reports for new ranges.

Monitor and control stock levels based on seasonal forecasts; allocate stock to outlets throughout the season.

Coordinate workflows between internal teams/functions to support merchandising operations.

Analyze historical sales data and market trends to anticipate future product needs.

Execute in-season activities, including repeat orders, markdowns, and stock consolidations.

Identify and resolve production or supply issues, managing delays or shortages proactively.

Stay updated on competitor performance and market dynamics.

Train, manage, and supervise junior staff as needed.

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or assigned merchandising projects.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, Statistics, or Business Analytics.

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Footwear industry or Fashion business.

Proficiency in Advance Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot tables, XLOOKUP).

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive, proactive attitude.
