Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring effective account management and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and support long-term business growth.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage Modern Trade accounts, particularly 7-Eleven (7-Eleven) and CJ MORE (CJ MORE), including trading terms, promotional planning, and retail execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual value for both the company and clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and business reviews to key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product) to ensure seamless execution of plans and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze account data, and ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance, activities, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine account strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management or a similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing Modern Trade channels, particularly 7-Eleven (7-Eleven) and CJ MORE (CJ MORE), is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage and influence high-profile or large retail accounts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
