Business Development Specialist - Credence Public Company Limited

• Analyze new business opportunities, investment projects, and business expansion plans to support company growth
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
• Analyze internal business data, including costs, profitability, return on investment (ROI), and investment risks
• Prepare Feasibility Studies, Business Cases, and business proposals for new projects and investments
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business development initiatives and project implementation
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for management
• Monitor and evaluate business performance and project outcomes against targets
• Support strategic planning and continuous business improvement initiatives
• Identify potential partnerships, alliances, and new market opportunities
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• At least 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Investment Analysis, or Business Analysis
• Strong analytical skills in business, market, and investment analysis
• Experience in preparing Feasibility Studies, Business Models, and Business Cases
• Good understanding of cost analysis, return on investment (ROI), and investment risk assessment
• Ability to analyze statistical data and prepare management reports and presentations
• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in FMCG business will be an advantage.
• Good command of English communication will be an advantage
• Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure
