Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable)
Number of Openings: 1 Position
Purpose of Hiring
We are seeking one additional interpreter to share responsibilities and provide mutual support based on workload and business needs.

Job Scope Overview
The position will be assigned based on the applicant’s experience and background. Applicants are requested to specify the position option they prefer when applying.

Option 1: Japanese Interpreter – R&D / Design Support
Support interpretation for meetings related to Product Design and Product Development (R&D Group).
Interpret communication between design teams and customers, including DR reviews and new model discussions.
Provide Japanese–Thai / Thai–Japanese interpretation for R&D-related discussions.
Translate related documents as required.

Option 2: Japanese Interpreter – Executive, Event & PD Support
Support interpretation for company events, town hall meetings, and internal activities involving Japanese executives.
Interpret speeches and presentations from Japanese management or the President.
Facilitate communication between Japanese executives and HRA, RM, and F&A.
Support interpretation for PD department meetings, focusing on PD improvement activities.
Translate related documents and materials as required.

Work Flexibility
Both role options are expected to support and substitute for each other when necessary.
Job assignment may be adjusted according to workload and operational requirements.

Qualifications

  • Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above preferred).
  • Experience in Japanese interpretation within a manufacturing, corporate, or industrial environment is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as a team.
  • Flexible and able to manage shared workloads across departments.
1-year contract employment.
Contract renewal will be considered based on performance and workload volume at the time of review.
