Process Engineer (Assembly) - Moriroku Mobility Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Support assembly process for new model.
• Work with design and related teams during new model trial.
• Prepare and control documents such as PPAP, WI, and Check Sheets.
• Design and improve assembly process and production line.
• Support trial assembly and production start-up.
• Solve process problems after product launch.
• Support machine and equipment installation.
• Improve productivity, cycle time, and line balancing.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and VA/VE projects to improve productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ME, IE, Materials, or related fields).
• 0–2 years experience in assembly or process engineer role.
• Basic knowledge of assembly process (automotive parts is a plus).
• Able to handle documents, process data, cycle time, and line balancing.
• Understanding of IATF 16949 and APQP for new model development.
• Good problem-solving skills, proactive, teamwork, and responsible.
• Able to work night shift.
