Production Engineer (Injection) - Moriroku Mobility Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Manage production line in the injection molding process
• Improve production line to reduce waste, NG rate, customer claims, and increase efficiency
• Control 4M changes (Man, Machine, Material, Method) in the production line
• Support new model trials, review and revise Work Instructions, Control Plans, and FMEA
• Assist with engineering changes and cost reduction projects
• Troubleshoot issues like machine breakdowns, equipment errors, or other related problems to ensure smooth production
• Manage tooling assets
• Prepare monthly production reports
• Support internal and external audits (IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, customer audits, safety audits)
• Handle other assigned tasks

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Polymer, IE, ME, or CHE)
• 0-3 years of experience in the injection process
• Proficient in MS Office with knowledge of TS16949, APQP, and audit processes
• New graduates are welcome to apply
