Product Development Engineer - Moriroku Mobility Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Lead the development of new models, focusing on interior and exterior parts, ensuring design compliance with industry standards and timely project execution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to introduce innovative solutions that enhance product quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal.

• Organize and coordinate trial runs, ensuring all schedules, resources, and equipment are ready to meet testing requirements for interior and exterior components.
• Monitor trial results to validate design specifications and identify areas for refinement.

• Serve as the primary liaison between departments involved in the development of new models, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
• Address project challenges proactively to support smooth transitions through each development stage.
• Participate in post-trial reviews and feedback sessions to gather insights for continuous process improvement, with a focus on optimizing the design and functionality of car interior and exterior parts.

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in new model development within the automotive industry
• Familiarity with ISO/TS16949 standards such as APQP, PPAP, and FMEA is advantageous
