Responsibilities
- ดูแลและรับผิดชอบงานธุรการ งานจัดทำเอกสาร และการให้บริการต่าง ๆ ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัท รวมถึงการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสาร เช่น การออกใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice) สำหรับงานซ่อมและงานขาย
- ดูแลการเรียกเก็บค่าบริการงานซ่อมทั้งแบบรายเดือนและแบบโครงการ (Project)
- ประสานงานและติดต่อกับลูกค้าเพื่อให้บริการและแก้ไขปัญหา
- จัดการการวางบิลและการเรียกเก็บเงินสำหรับแต่ละโครงการ
- ติดตามสถานะการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
- จัดส่งเอกสารและใบแจ้งหนี้ให้ลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
- ประสานงานกับแผนกจัดส่งสินค้า (Delivery) เพื่อให้การส่งมอบเป็นไปตามกำหนด
- จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน รายงานประจำเดือน และรายงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ร่วมวิเคราะห์และหาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในงานธุรการ งานคลังสินค้า งานขนส่ง หรือธุรกิจด้านสินค้าไอที
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมสำนักงานอย่างคล่องแคล่ว
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจและสินค้าในกลุ่ม IT
