Responsibilities
• รับเข้า ตรวจสอบ และทดสอบการทำงานของเครื่อง EDC ตามมาตรฐาน Clean & Test
• ตรวจสอบเวอร์ชันซอฟต์แวร์ การตั้งค่าระบบ และฟังก์ชัน Diagnostic ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
• บันทึกผลการทดสอบ และอัปเดตข้อมูลในระบบ Acumatica ERP (Inventory/Report) อย่างถูกต้อง
• แยกประเภทสถานะเครื่อง (GOOD, FAIL, HOLD, DEAD) และดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนด
• ประสานงานกับทีมซ่อมบำรุงและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• ควบคุมและติดตามงานให้เป็นไปตาม SLA และ TAT ที่กำหนด
Qualifications
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ไฟฟ้า เมคคาทรอนิกส์ โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Technical Service, Repair, After-Sales หรือ Inventory Control 1–3 ปี
• สามารถอ่านและตรวจสอบ Part Number และทำ Cross Reference ได้
• มีประสบการณ์ใช้งานระบบ ERP (เช่น Acumatica, SAP, Oracle)
• ใช้งาน Microsoft Excel และโปรแกรม Office ได้ดี (เช่น Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการทดสอบอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์และจัดทำเอกสารเทคนิค
• มีประสบการณ์ EDC, POS, Embedded Device จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะการประสานงาน ทำงานเป็นทีม และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
• ละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบสูง และมีความน่าเชื่อถือ
