Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales technical support via phone, email, and chat (Wi-Fi, switches, routers, etc.)

• Support system integrators (SI), distributors, and resellers in collaboration with global teams

• Handle 20–30 support tickets per day, ensuring timely resolution

• Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and uphold company brand standards

Qualifications

• Native Thai speaker with good English communication skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the network or IT industry

• Strong knowledge of networking (switching, routing, wireless LAN, DCN)

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, HCNP) preferred; CCIE/HCIE is a plus

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly

• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills

• Willing to work flexible shifts when required
