Responsibilities
- ให้คำแนะนำและดำเนินงานด้านการซ่อมบำรุงสำหรับงาน Onsite Service ตามเงื่อนไขและขอบเขตที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญาการบริการ
- ติดตั้ง ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาความผิดปกติ รวมถึงเปลี่ยนอะไหล่อุปกรณ์ให้กับลูกค้า
- ให้บริการ Onsite Service ทั้งลูกค้าภายในและภายนอกองค์กรด้วยมาตรฐานที่เป็นมืออาชีพ
- แก้ไขปัญหาอย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- บันทึกและจัดทำข้อมูลการแก้ไขปัญหาของลูกค้าในระบบ CRM ตามแนวทางที่กำหนด
- จัดทำบันทึกข้อมูลทางเทคนิค วิธีการแก้ไขปัญหา และแนวทางการดำเนินงานไว้เป็นข้อมูลอ้างอิง
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในงานด้าน Field Service หรือ Onsite Service
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานที่หน้างานลูกค้าหรือทำงานภาคสนามได้ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา มีความกระตือรือร้น
- สามารถบริหารเวลาและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้ดี
