Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical consultancy to clients, focusing on system and infrastructure solutions.
- Analyze customer requirements, existing environments, and challenges to propose and deliver integrated system design and implementation solutions.
- Execute key functions in the solution offering process, including requirements gathering, proposal development, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Prepare Proof of Concept (PoC) equipment for client evaluations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal sales teams, solution providers, and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS or related fields.
- 1+ years’ experience in IT Solution design and planning (pre-sales), System administration
- Have knowledge in data center infrastructure, Cloud, SW and system integration
- Have knowledge in server components
- Have knowledge in virtualization
- Good personality with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work in a team or individually
- Self-motivation and wiling to learn new technologies
- Good command in written and spoken English
