Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technical Service team. You will be responsible for after-sales support, including installation, preventive maintenance, and onsite troubleshooting for enterprise IT systems. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their technical expertise in server, storage, and virtualization technologies.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Installation & Deployment: Support hardware installation (Rack & Stack, Cabling) and perform basic configuration for HPE, DELL, Huawei, and ZTE systems.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Conduct routine health checks on servers and storage, monitor hardware logs (iLO/iDRAC), and prepare PM reports with improvement suggestions.
• Incident & Troubleshooting: Provide onsite support for hardware/system failures, collect diagnostic logs, and resolve basic technical issues within assigned scopes.
• Hardware Support & RMA: Manage spare parts and coordinate RMA processes with vendors (Disk, Power Supply, Memory replacements).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate service reports, installation checklists, and update the CMDB or ticketing system.
• Coordination: Collaborate with Specialist teams, Project Managers, and Vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years in IT Infrastructure, Onsite Service, or System Operations.
• Technical Skills: Basic hands-on experience with Servers, Storage, OS, or Virtualization (VMware/Microsoft/Linux).
• Have to Skills: Enterprise Hardware, MA Support, VMware, or Backup solutions will be advantage
• Soft Skills: Strong service mindset, attention to detail, and good coordination skills.
• Language: Functional English communication skills.
• Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to customer sites (BKK & provinces), including occasional after-hours or weekend work.
