• Oversee the overall operations of the department, encompassing both sales and after-sales services for Mitsubishi forklifts or other forklift.
• Drive sales achievement by establishing clear targets and managing account-level responsibilities for each client.
• Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base and promote products within the surrounding territories.
• Monitor and oversee budget and cost management to ensure maximum efficiency and financial control.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts by understanding their specific needs and requirements within the assigned territories.
• Approve special discount rates by balancing customer relationship management with corporate profitability.
• Identify target markets while consistently monitoring emerging product trends and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge.
• Optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance team performance and maximize customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor or Master Degree in area of Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years up in heavy machinery sales experience and 3-5 years in managerial experience.
• Excellent of computer (MS. Office) and Technology.
• Excellent of communication skills (Thai and English)
• Broad knowledge of industrial product and marketing, Heavy Machinery.
• Have knowledge excellent in sales planning, sales performance management, market and customer insight.
