Responsibilities
- Oversee departmental operations, including sales and after-sales services for Mitsubishi or other forklift products.
- Drive sales performance by establishing clear targets and managing account-level responsibilities for clients.
- Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base and promote products within assigned territories.
- Monitor and manage budgets and costs to ensure operational efficiency and financial control.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts by understanding their specific needs and requirements.
- Approve special discount rates, balancing customer relationship management with corporate profitability objectives.
- Identify target markets while consistently monitoring emerging product trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Optimize sales processes and workflows to enhance team performance and maximize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy machinery sales, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general technology applications.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Broad knowledge of forklift products, industrial products, and heavy machinery, along with marketing principles.
- Excellent understanding of sales planning, sales performance management, market dynamics, and customer insights.
