Procurement Officer - Preformed Line Products (Thailand) Ltd.

1.     Release the accurate documents to the suppliers, purchase orders, purchase summary report, other related.

2.     Update Standard Material Price in the system in time for active the parts.

3.     Contribute to develop the purchasing team to meet KPI & quality of supplies & Material cost saving in each year.

4.     Manage and contact resources to achieve cost effectiveness and efficiency, consolidate orders and negotiate to get more cost down.

5.     Contact various suppliers to get at least 3 quotes for comparison, negotiate and decide the vendor.

6.     Cooperate with overseas suppliers and financial for term of payment and other related condition including resolve the problems instantaneously.

7.     Arrange Vendor Performance Evaluating and collaborate to each suppliers to understand or improving.

8.     Collaborate with other operations for multi tasking to support the team work in our company to acknowledge the purchasing status and logistics, prepare the report, etc.

9.     Support and share the experience and information about the market price to the teams.

10.  Lead time control for overseas purchasing is the most important.

11.  Stand-in within the teams for complete the tasks.

12.  Perform all reasonable duties and other jobs as instructed by superintendant.

13.  Increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by purchasing material in a timely manner and at the lowest cost with acceptable quality.

14.  Document control.

15.  Other jobs assigned by superintendant.

1. Bachelor degree Engineering or related 

2. Experience 3-7 years in Oversea Procurement , Sourcing , Buyer.

3. Skillful in Microsoft Office. 

4. English Language & Communication, Good human relationships
