Responsibilities
Position Objective:
Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory counts, and reconcile actual stock quantities withsystem-generated inventory reports. Identify and resolve inventory-related issues to ensure smoothoperations. Maintain a strong understanding of inventory management processes and performnecessary inventory transactions in the system, including inventory adjustments.Conduct random fixed asset counts and ensure all fixed assets are properly tagged and labeled.Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical assets and fixed asset records tomaintain asset accuracy and control.Monitor and control the sale of scrap materials, including scrap generated from operations, inventorydisposals, and asset disposals, ensuring compliance with company policies and properdocumentation.

Qualifications
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory counts, reconcile actual stock quantities with system-generated reports, and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inventory and conduct regular audits to ensure inventory records are accurate. Report any discrepancies to the relevant departments for corrective action.
- Monitor inventory aging and provide recommendations on inventory utilization, supply and demand requirements, and stock levels. Take an active role in reducing excess, slow-moving,and obsolete inventory.
- Develop and maintain effective inventory control systems, including stock level management, cycle counts, physical inventory counts, ABC analysis, and reconciliation of physical stock counts with system-generated inventory reports.
- Understand inventory receiving and issuing processes and work closely with colleagues.
- Possess a thorough understanding of all inventory transactions in Epicor and be able to process and issue relevant documents in accordance with established procedures and work instructions, ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the team to organize storage locations and ensure all inventory items and fixed assets are properly labeled, tagged, and maintained in an orderly manner.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain teams on job orders, receiving, transfers, shipments, and invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Supply Chain and MRP systems and effectively utilize these systems to support inventory management and operational activities.
- Monitor and review inbound and outbound inventory movements and ensure shipment quantities are accurate and properly documented.
- Monitor and control the sale of scrap materials, including operational scrap, inventory disposals, and fixed asset disposals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct random physical counts of fixed assets and ensure all fixed assets are properly tagged, labeled, and recorded in the asset register.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
